Project Goal: 45 (yields 1d3 flasks, or three flasks if crafted by a conduit or censor)
Effect: As a maneuver, you can coat a weapon in one vial of holy water. Until the end of the encounter, whenever you use a weapon ability that deals rolled damage using a weapon sanctified this way, the ability deals an extra 2 holy damage.
Alternatively, as a maneuver, you can throw a flask of holy water, making a ranged free strike. The strike deals holy damage instead of its normal damage.
